Ø  Speaker Investigationl Check speaker’sinformation against a defined standard and objective judgmentsl Leverage her/hisown medical knowledge on the investigation of speaker’s information fromavailable sources.l Verify Speaker’sinformation against defined sourcesl Ensure medicaldelegate to have sufficient information to make objective assessment on speaker’sfair market valueØ  Speaker Assessmentl Develop andinitiative speaker validation form accordingly to provided criterial Work with businessteams closely to address the business needs and provide them support in anycases during the assessment.l Leverage his/hermedical knowledge while supporting medical delegate on the final speakerassessmentl Ensure theconsistency in assessment approaches while categorizing speakers into differentexpert levels.l Ensure smoothinformation circuit at different therapeutic areas and high qualified on-timedeliverables.Ø  Speaker Database Maintenancel Facilitate thespeaker information management in line with local and global guidance.l Monitor speakermanagement KPI’s.l documentmanagement on any speaker’s relevant materials, including but not limited tospeaker’s publication, speaker’s CV, speaker’s specialty, and etc.l Follow up with keybusiness contacts or assignments on any relevant business requests  JOB-HOLDERENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Ø  Core competencies: Good English levelin both speaking and writingPracticalknowledge of Medical.High level ofintegrity and learning agility, proactive and positive.Can work 3 days per week.
