Key Responsibilities:
Supporting day to day Incident and Request management through the incident management system as per the service level objectives. Support Global IT teams in troubleshooting and maintaining Server, Network (WAN & LAN), Monitoring UPS and Switches, Backup Environment as per direction by L3 teams and external vendorDrive Continuous Improvement, exercise deep problem solving to avoid repeat issues Proactively support all critical equipments and end user capacity management issues by archiving or upgrading the infrastructure Experience, Skills & Competencies: · Excellent knowledge on Installation, Configuration, Patching and troubleshooting of Windows 7,Office 365, SharePoint, MS Office, IBM Lotus Notes, outlook, iPhone, iPAD, Symantec Antivirus, PcAnywhere, SAP Client and other Client side Software installation, Polycom Audio/Video Conference, Dell Hardware (Desktop, Laptop), HP printers · Basic Knowledge on troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008 & 2012, Cisco Switches, Access Points and routers, UPS, LAN and WAN, Biometrics devices · Conceptual thinker, Goal oriented and driven to meet project deliverables and deadlines · Excellent Service desk process knowledge and good understanding of service level objectives. · Customer focused, active listening, empathy and remain · Organized and able to function successfully in a team environment · Excellent technical, organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, budgeting and time management skills · Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt changes Educational Requirements: · Education: Graduate in 2018, can work 3 days per week · Certificate / License: ITIL, Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST) highly preferred.
