​Objective of the Position:​

  • ​Team member supporting 3D printing research projects in Product & Process Competency labs.
  • Team member for hands on work in the lab including lab management, equipment operation and routine maintenances.
  • Support 3D printing market investigation, material scouting and information analysis.

    • Accountability:

    Daily management: lab EHS, raw material QC, equipment usage and maintenance record etc.

    Research area involves the following areas:​​

  • ​3D printing of ceramics and metals to make engineering products
  • 3D printing for rapid prototyping/tooling
  • Produce 3D models for 3D printings
  • Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects of the PPC team proceed

    • Qualification & Skills:

  • ​MS/PhD candidates, major in mechanical engineering, materials engineering (inorganic material is favorable), or chemical engineering, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.
  • Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing & powder metallurgy is a plus.
  • Proficient in making 3D models using CAD software, familiar with various 3D printing techniques is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and team spirit.
