KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ø To prepare wet sample of epoxy formulation & soldermask formulation
Ø To operate mixing equipment, testing instrument & application process machine
Ø To conduct basic performance material test, like viscosity, Tg, mechanical property characterization, film thickness, Gloss, breakpoint and soldering test.
Ø To generate accurate data
Ø To compile technical reports and handle related technical documents.
Ø To maintain lab EHS and house-keeping standard
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A M.Sc. in physical/organic/inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, interfacial science, materials chemistry or chemical engineering
Experiences:
At least 1 years’ experience in Chemical laboratory.
Technology Competencies:
Demonstrate an intermediate level of practice in formulation technology for achieving specific product functionalities in epoxy systems
Demonstrate a basic level of practice in curing and crosslinking technologies (Temp cure: HT, MT, RT, LT, radiation cure: UV, IR.)
Demonstrate an intermediate level of practice in materials processing structure-property-performance relationships and structure property mapping
Demonstrate a basic level of practice in chemical hazard classification and toxicology
