Key Responsibilities

1. Sales supporting 

- Generate/issue license certification, subscription certification and quotation. 
- Retain all information by centralized filing for sales order related documents 
- Report the regular data to regional sales - Varied task creation and follow up 
2. Research accounts and opportunities 
- Process the trail licenses request from internal and external. 
- Conduct web searches for potential customers 
- Update the system with new information and communicate any new information with sales team that will help them prepare for their sales calls 
3. Data quality management 
- Ensure that a high quality of data is maintained in SalesForce 
- Ensure that expired or inactive records are deactivated 
- Source and complete data that is incomplete in Altium’s records, with particular emphasis on address and other contact details 
- Find and correct inaccuracies in the database 
- Manage, identify and remove duplicate records 
4. Provide varied administrative support to the business 
- Product pricing, price list updates 
- Testing of sales order processing changes 
- Carry out general administrative duties as required 

Additional Requirements
1.  1-2 years experience in a Sales Department/Customer Service Organization. Outstanding fresh-graduate is considered
2. Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment 

3. Good English written and communication skills, CET-6 is a must
