岗位职责 / Responsibilities：本岗位主要负责Soufeel珠宝在北美及欧洲区域的客户服务工作，在线零售问题的解答，为零售客户创造优质的购物体验。This position is mainly responsible for the customer service of Soufeel jewelry in North America and Europe, the solution of online retail problems, creating a good shopping experience for retail customers.任职要求 / Job Requirement：1.全日制本科以上学历，英语专业；Bachelor degree or above, major in English2.英语专业四级或公共六级及以上水平；TEM-4 or above CET-6 level2.大三或大四学生；Junior or senior students3.每周一至周五全天实习，实习期至少六个月。Practice from Monday to Friday, with an internship for at least six months备注：本岗位11-12月份需要上夜班，每周轮班一次，晚班有夜班补助。
