KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES   Ø To prepare wet sample of epoxy formulation & soldermaskformulation   Ø To operate mixing equipment, testing instrument& application process machine   Ø To conduct basic performance material test, likeviscosity, Tg, mechanical property characterization, film thickness,  Gloss, breakpoint and soldering test.   Ø To generate accurate data   Ø To compile technical reports and handle relatedtechnical documents.   Ø To maintain lab EHS and house-keeping standard

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A M.Sc. in physical/organic/inorganic chemistry,polymer chemistry, materials science, interfacial science, materials chemistryor chemical engineering
 
Experiences:
At least 1 years’ experience in Chemical laboratory.
 
Technology  Competencies:
Demonstrate anintermediate level of practice in formulation technology for achieving specificproduct functionalities in  epoxy  systemsDemonstrate a basiclevel of practice in curing and crosslinking technologies (Temp cure: HT, MT,RT, LT, radiation cure: UV, IR.)Demonstrate anintermediate level of practice in materials processingstructure-property-performance relationships and structure property mappingDemonstrate abasic level of practice in chemical hazardclassification and toxicology
