KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Support the purchasing team on documentation and filling work.
2. Data entry and maintenance of logistic logistic system.
3. Contribute to the building of the souring matrix and supplier alignment by product category.
4. Assist the logistic team, account team and marketing team to fulfill orders.
5. Assist the purchasing team on gift proposal and offer creative solutions to projects.
6. Provide assistance to sourcing and logistic manager.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Outgoing, positive, multi-tasked, stable and smart are REQUIRED.
2. Major in business, marketing or other related field is preferred.
3. Good command of spoken and written English and CET-6 is must.
4. Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, etc.
5. Good learning ability and diligent.
6. Assure at least 3 working days a week
