1. Aid in the technical development of healthy cooking solution and relevant kitchen appliance
2. Execute experiments and provides logical analysis on the results.
Job Requirement：
Academic / Professional Qualification: Food science/engineering, Master degree candidate
Working Experience: No required
Expertise / Skills: 
• Solid knowledge of food science/ engineering; experience in food processing equipment/device; Knowledge and experience in starch domain, e.g. physical and chemical properties, physiology functions and response are preferred. 
• Excellent hand-on ability for experiments.
Personal Attributes: 
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated  
• Easy to communicate 
Remark: Be available for at least 3 days/week.
