1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）Support to analysis assignments of Medical Planning & Effectiveness function 
2.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）  1) Analysis· Information collection, sorting and analysis of pharmaceutical industry context and impact on clinical development· Information collection, sorting and analysis of dynamics of physician acceptance of innovative drugs in oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, transplantation, hepatitis B and infection disease, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis etc.· Information collection, sorting and analysis of treatment journey of patients in Roche therapeutic area​   2) Model construction
        Support to construct quantitative analysis model, i.e. forecasting etc.
3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验   1) Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书MBA candidate or Advanced Degree candidate in Pharmacy, Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics or Outcomes ResearchAt least two years’ experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consultingFluent in both English and Mandarin​   2) Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力
