1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）To provide scientific and technical support to on-going biological assay development and assay implementation
2.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任(Major functions of the position)                                （职位的首要职能）This job is to perform these tasks:(1) Perform daily experiments in assisting live viral cell based assays(2) Perform experiments under P2 biosafety level condition(3) Perform cell biology experiments to prepare reagents for the screening operation(4) Assist in operating a robotic system(5) Perform other bioassays
3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书The prospective candidate should have: Currently studying for MS or BS (preferably MS) level education in the fields of biology, molecular biology, pharmacology or related field   Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力The prospective candidate should have: Not applicable Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力The prospective candidate should have: (1) No prior job experience required(2) Willingness to work under BL2  environment is highly preferred(3) Basic Microsoft level computer skill(4) Some schedule flexibility that can accommodate the cell biology experimental constrains(5) 2-3 days per week availability to work in lab
