Objective of JobSupport supply chain and order to delivery function   Brief Task Description Hands on experience in executing regional monthly planning and ordering processes   To execute vehicle invoicing processes & coordinate vehicle shipment bookings Handle general order to delivery queries & follow up:Collaboration with internal and external partiesto solve day-to-day order to delivery issues Tracking order placements and modificationrequests To complete a project related to process improvement--sales planning templates   Qualifications - Education: Min. diploma in Business Studies,Logistics or related field -  Related Experience preferred- Skills & Competence:1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word andpowerpoint is crucial), analytical, organized, have an eye for details2. Good command of English with strong communication andinterpersonal skills to liaise with business partners and Asia Pacific office3. A responsible, highly-motivated team player with a keenlearning attitude
