Job Description:

1. Administrates Purchase Order process (includes filing, tracking, etc.)
a. Monthly coupa PO issuing to vendor
b. Delivery arrangement release for FC/FTZ production

2. Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement network
a. New purchase item setup in coupa
b. Price info maintenance
c . New vendor info setup/maintenance
3. Assist and follow up contact approval progress
4. Process invoice queries and reconciliation
5. Other assigned work by manager
