Function: Value Stream Management On boarding date: End of September Internship Duration:At least 6 months, 4-5 days/week Job Description: - Back office tasks:    Monthly maintain project database (PLA) and establish KPI board according to defined target timing    Monthly trigger project updates from team members    Communicate between German department and China base    Establish new project in PLA and request information if necessary    Regularly maintain project status in yearly planning and travel plan    Prepare for weekly team meeting with available meeting room, agenda and meeting minutes    Draw value stream mapping based on visit record    Manage group travel plan file based on team travel planning    Work on presentation for any purpose of meeting needs - Expense claims in concur system- Team admin support - Other additional assignments Requirements: Majors of automotive/supply chain/logistics preferred Fluent English skills, both speaking and writing Effective communication skills Open-minded and motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office Must maintain student identity during the internshipBenefits: Salary 3000RMB/Month Chance to experience international premium automotive group Chance to participate in supplier visit and training
