Roles and Responsibilities- Support engineers to correct the data for improvement projects.(time data, operator’s workload data etc)- Support to arrange meetings, trainings and make preparations (Invitation, print out materials and follow up…)- Support for workshop preparations ( Book meeting room, date, material print, boards and flip charts …)- documentation *agement (Assessment, meeting minutes, training photo protocol…)- Arrange calendar of conference ,seminar and support visit- Reimbursement collection for all employees in BPS dept.Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience- Know lean elements- Good coordination and communication skill- Take responsibility and have passion- Good English listening, speaking ,reading and writing skill- Be skillful of Microsoft office(outlook, excel,PPT)
