Job Description:
1. Be responsiblefor office stationery management;2. Schedulingdepartment regular meeting and booking the meeting room;3. Department time management. Such as check associates’ attendance, change shift, etc;4. Create purchase requisition in SAP system;5. Preparing quality documents submitted tocustomers;6. Customers reception;7. Daily work in workshop.
Requirements:
1. Graduate in 2019 or later;2. College degree;3. 6 months internship, above 4 working days per week;4. Inventory of related knowledge and strong willingness to learn;5. Strong interest in cross-cultural communication and cooperation;6. Good proficiency in foreign language.
