Job description:
1. Provide interview logistics support, including interview scheduling, travel arrangement coordination, interview itinerary management, etc.;
2. Support effective job posting as required, both internally and externally;
3. Be responsible for background screening and pre-employment background investigation;
4. Provide the logistics support for TA project, program, if necessary;
5. Provide weekly team meeting agenda per request;
6. Update hiring status including weekly hiring report etc.;
7. Manage TA CoE filing and documents per request;
8. Support financial reimbursement of Service Fee for Vendor.

Job requirement:
1. English, Psychology, Human Resources major are preferred;
2. Master degree ,postgraduate who will graduate in 2017;
3. Good English communication skills;
4. 4 working days each week at least;
5. Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude.
