Job purpose:Execution of the Purchasing process across all legal entities and regions in China, especially bidding preparation, cost comparison, price negotiations, supplier performance evaluation in line with purchasing policies, procedures and other regulations. Execution of daily operations and administrative tasks. Major Accountabilities:
- Support Indirect Purchasing team in commodity management (bidding, nego, contract etc.)Support Indirect Purchasing department daily operations (communication, planning, and administrative tasks etc.)Maintain transaction database, develop regular data reports
Qualification
- Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management is preferredProactive attitude and willingness to learn;Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt);Fluent English, both in written and verbal
