岗位描述：
1.  根据标准和客户的要求设计和开发高速电缆产品；
2.  及时向销售人员和客户提供强大技术支持； 
3.  及时对产品进行工艺改善； 
4.  制作相关的技术文件并维护产品BOM信息；
5.  应对产品质量投诉及改善并提供指导性建议；
6.  上级交代的其他事宜；
岗位要求：
1.  大专学历及以上，机械、电子技术等工程专业均可,电线电缆专业佳；
2.  熟练使用Office软件及CAD绘图软件；
3.  英文听说读写能力良好，口语流利；
4.  积极上进,较好的沟通配合和解决现场实际问题能力。

Responsibilities:
· Design and develop high speed cable products based on standard and customer’s requirements.
· Lead technical development of manufacturing processes for high speed cable
· Manage the cable equipment and spare parts ,design the tooling and fixture​
· Optimize the cable processing to improve the efficiency
· Work for the high speed cable NPI mass production release 
· Utilize expertise to provide technical solutions to manufacturing problems of both new and existing processes.
Requirements:
· College and above in electromechanical major.
· CAD experience desirable(Pro-E preferred)
· Strong operational capability and good communication and study
· Able to work under pressure
· Fluent in English and Mandarin in verbal,written and presentation
