BMW China R&D Vehicle Safety is offering an exciting and challenging internship position. You will take responsibility for different topics in passive/active safety to bring your theoretical knowledge into practical research. We analyzing the passive safety performance of BMW by accident research and crash-test, you will also support the research project of active safety/ADAS functions, which gives you a chance to entry the field of mobility in future.
Qualification and Experience:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in colleges or universitiesStudy automotive, mechanical or computer engineering or similar coursesFluent spoken and written English, German is a plus Advanced skills in MS Office ToolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, which able to work in a multi-cultural environment.Driving license, good knowledge about Chinese traffic and driving behavior is an advantage
Task designation:
- Support Accident Research which includes all-round accident details analysis and software simulation.
Support research project of active safety/ ADASAnalyze the accident cases in traffic/accident database, and prepare/ use the data for statistical analysisDaily operational work assistance and documentation support within the team.
Preferable internship tenure 6 months, start in August
