Key Responsibilities andJob-Related Characteristics:
1.    In charge of contract reviewing and draftingin both English and Chinese for our marketing, sales and other businessfunction, participate innegotiation, interpreting existing contracts and relevant PRC legislations, andperform translation when needed;2.    Provide general legaladvice for the daily business operation.3.    Monitor and keep up with the newest change of laws and regulations whichmay impose a compliance issues in the business operation in China and propose necessary adaptation solutions for the new changes;4.    Provide legal advice and support for dispute settlement and litigationand arbitration procedures;5.    Handle corporate affairsincluding registration with SAIC, etc.
Knowledge and SkillsRequirements:
1.    LL.B or master of law from a prestigious law school.2.    Legal workingexperience in international law firm, famous local law firm or multinationalcompany, is preferred.3.    PRC Bar while oversea education and/or working experience are preferred.4.    Excellent written and oral communication skills.5.    Having business sense when cooperating with other business departments.6.    Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member.7.    Fluent Mandarin and Englishspeaking and writing.8.    At least can attend 3 days per week, last for 3months and above
