Major Responsibility:   1.       Review and prepare all kinds of agreements includes communicate with internal colleagues for settling agreements down 2.       Collect and category tax laws and regulations via internal tax resources 3.       Assist tax manager with daily tax filing and documents preparation for tax projects 4.       Review and analyze relevant financial information and provide rough analysis reports for further review and action plan 5.       Assist tax manager translate tax reports and agreements 6.       Assist tax manager on tax planning projects 7.       Other daily work assigned by tax manager     Major Qualifications:   1.       Bachelor or master degree major in tax, law or finance 2.       Fluency in both written(presentation written skill) and spoken English and Mandarin 3.       Proficiency in MS office 4.       Strong communication skills and good team player 5.       Atleast 3 days per week
