Job Title : Expert Solutions Intern, ChinaReporting into: Expert Solutions Manager, ChinaLocation: Shanghai An opportunity has arisen to join our fastgrowing Expert Solutions team which was created to generate more powerful anddeeper insights from our consumer panel data. We work with the largest FMCGmultinational and local manufacturers in China to answer their most criticalissues. It is a great opportunity to develop skills with real data and we hopethat a successful internship can lead to a long term career in our company. In this specialist role:l  Short-term, you will be working with our expert solutions modeling andconsultancy team in order to support the data processing and delivery of ad hocprojectsl  Mid-term development would be around getting stronger modeling skills tomore independently manage projects and develop new solutions. We would alsolook to provide more direct exposure to clients, independently storytellingwith the data and learning how to propose approaches and write proposals.l  Ultimately we would like to grow you into a consultant who can understandclients’ needs, propose right solution and deliver an insightful and clear tofollow project. Main Duties / Tasksl  Supporting in data processing for our ad hoc solutionsl  Supporting on create clear & insightful presentations and deliver toclientsl  Helping to select the most effective design for each projectl  Project-based communication with operation teaml  On job training to run and write models for key solutions on SAS oncecompetent on basics Skill Requirementsl  Bachelor degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Sciencel  Be fluent in spoken & written Chinese and Englishl  Good PC skills with strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel &PowerPointl  Advanced excel skills (including pivot table, mid-level formulas, basicmacros; VBA can be a plus).l  Able to use the statistical Software (Advanced Python or R user, SAS abonus)l  Good command of oral and written English and Chinesel  Attention to detail with analytical skillsl  Good communication skillsl  Issue handling skillsl  Have patience and passion
