Store BC
1.Collect and analysis data for the store performance, and also to ensure the accuracy of the data.
2.Analysis daily/weekly/monthly reports,to propose,implement,follow and evaluate action plans.
3.Remind and responsible to check the store team of application of the process and procedure in store.
4.Communicate with Region/HO/JV,support store management team.
5.Ensure the montly landing，yearly budget are reasonable.
6.Train the store reporting team & commercial team for finance and merchandise flow related topics.
