Primary Job ResponsibilitiesŸ   Aspart of the PayPal Enterprise Service organization, we are currently recruitingfor a motivated and passionate Data Product Engineer. The major responsibility is todevelop web-based data products which would largely enable efficient andaccurate decisions and generate insights for Risk Management & Operationsdomain in an automatic way. This role creates opportunities for the candidate toestablish strong skills, including but not limited to efficient data processing/ analyzing, end-to-end product developing, product design, etc. Job Requirements: Ÿ   Developmonitoring and alerting framework with high performance and availability whichprovides flexible and generic alerting services for millions of businessmetrics.Ÿ   Developauto rule learning platformwhich helps business partners to better fight against fraud attacks.Ÿ   Developand maintain existing risk management related data products, investigate andsolve on-going issues. Basic Qualifications  Ÿ   Workingexperience in Python, familiar with OOP design patterns (welcome for Pythonista!).Ÿ   Experiencein front-end web developing; familiar with HTML, Javascript and CSS and one ofthe following framework: jQuery/Vue/AngularJS/ReactŸ   Experiencein database usage (MySQL/MongoDB/TSDB/Redis)Ÿ   Handson with one of the programming languages: Java, C++, ScalaŸ   Experiencein big data programming (Hadoop/Spark/Hive) is a big plusŸ   Experiencein machine learning application is a big plusŸ   Goodteam player and self-starter
